Prioritizes federal freight corridors in Missouri STIP.

Requires that, when preparing the Statewide
Transportation Improvement Program, the Department of
Transportation must prioritize the high priority corridors
identified in Section 1105(c) of the Intermodal Surface
Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991, regardless of any law to
the contrary. Any proposed amendments to the Program within the implementation period must be approved by the Joint Committee of Administrative Rules.
