Temporarily suspends Michigan�s motor fuel and alternative fuel taxes from the date of enactment through November 1, 2026, or until the national average gasoline price falls below $3.50 per gallon, whichever applies. Suspends Michigan�s annual inflation-based indexing of the fuel tax.
