Removes the prospective repeal, effective 7/1/26, of the Attorney General�s authority to investigate and enforce complaints of employee misclassification.

In addition to other measures, proposes to remove the prospective repeal, effective July 1, 2026, of the Attorney General�s authority to investigate and enforce complaints of employee misclassification.
