Repeals future motor fuel tax increases, and provides for a 180-day period during which the motor fuel tax shall not be in effect.

Provides that, notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, there shall be a period of one hundred eighty days following the enactment of this subsection during which no tax levied or imposed under this section shall be in effect. The Director of Revenue shall announce to the public and publish on its website the motor fuel tax-free period established under this subsection.
