Temporarily suspends the state motor vehicle fuel tax.

No taxes may be imposed under this section beginning on the effective date of this section through 12/31/23. In order to be exempt from the tax imposed under this section, the licensee must provide certification and documentation to the department that the prices paid by consumers will be lowered by a commensurate amount to the tax not imposed during this time period.
