Establishes a temporary motor fuel tax holiday for one year.

Establishes a temporary motor fuel tax holiday for one year; requires the comptroller and the director of the budget to transfer from the general fund to the special obligation reserve and payment account an amount equal to the amount that would have otherwise been deposited if the fuel tax holiday had not been authorized.

Carries-over to 2024. Pending Committee action.
