Excludes motor carriers overseen by US Sec of DOT from overtime provisions provided pursuant to the Minimum Wage Act.

Provides that motor carriers, including private motor
carriers, with whom the United States Secretary of
Transportation has the authority to establish qualifications
and maximum hours of services provided by the motor carriers' employees pursuant to the federal Motor Carrier Act are exempt from the overtime provisions set forth in Subsection D of Section 50-4-22 NMSA 1978.
