Summary
Revises commercial driver's license law to comply with federal requirements.
Issue
Revises commercial driver's license law to comply with federal requirements; requiring the DOJ to query the entry level driver training provider registry and the commercial drug and alcohol clearinghouse under certain conditions. Requires the department to take certain actions as a result of required queries; and providing an immediate effective date.
