Provides for definition of "motor carrier" in motor carrier transportation contracts.

Adds that "motor carrier"means any person owning, controlling, managing, operating, or causing to be used or operated, any commercial motor vehicle, including but not limited to a railroad engine, train, or railcar, to transport persons, property, or freight on the highways or the rails in this state.
