Summary
Establishes DEP Statewide program to reduce heavy-duty diesel truck emissions.
Issue
Directs NJ DEP, within three years after enactment of the bill into law, to require all heavy-duty diesel trucks operating in the State to comply with the California Air Resources Board emissions and exhaust standards for model year 2007 and later, and to incorporate the implementation and enforcement of these standards and the relevant testing.
