Removes owners and operators of properties from being fined for diesel powered vehicles idling in violation of the Diesel-Powered Motor Vehicle Idling Act on their property.

Currently under this law, an owner or operator of a location/business where diesel powered vehicles (such as tractor trailers), load or unload or provides 15 or more parking spaces these vehicles, shall erect and maintain a permanent sign to inform drivers that idling is restricted. However, even if an owner or operator is in compliance with the signage rule, they can still be fined by DEP for vehicles that are left idling by their driver.
